What we build, how the AI stays under control, what it costs, and what you actually own. If your question is not here, book a call and we will talk it through.
What does Clearwork Solutions do?
We design and build the system a business runs on. First we sit down and understand how your business actually works, then we build that into monday.com as one organized place for your data, connect the tools you already use so they feed it, and put AI on top to handle the busy-work. You end up with one system your whole team works in instead of a dozen scattered tools and spreadsheets.
What is a business operating system?
It is the one place your business runs from. Your data sits structured at the core so every client, deal and task lives in one spot and gets reused everywhere, the tools you already use feed into it, and AI acts on top. Instead of a pile of apps that do not talk to each other, the whole operation runs as one system.
Who do you work with, and what size businesses?
Small and mid-market businesses that have outgrown running everything out of spreadsheets and email. Usually the owner can feel that things are slipping through the cracks and the team is chasing updates instead of doing the work. If you are big enough that no one person can hold the whole operation in their head anymore, that is where we come in.
What industries do you work in?
We work across professional services, manufacturing, real estate, apparel, construction and healthcare. The industry changes the words on the board, not the way the system is built. Every business has data at the core, tools feeding it, and work that should move on its own, so the same foundation fits whether you run a real estate pipeline or a production floor.
What does AI implementation actually mean for a business?
It means putting AI to work inside your operation on the busy-work that eats your team's day. Drafting replies, routing what comes in, summarizing long threads, updating records. Not a chatbot off to the side, but AI working across your real system, because the data underneath it is clean. It only works well when the foundation is built right first.
Is it safe to let AI act in my business, and how do you keep it under control?
Yes, because a person stays in control. The AI handles the busy-work and does the first pass, but every real decision stays with you and someone signs off before anything counts. You get the speed without handing over the wheel.
Why do you insist on structure before AI?
Because AI acting on messy data just makes mistakes faster. If your information is scattered and half of it is wrong, anything automated on top of it is building on sand. We get the foundation clean and structured first, so when AI acts, it acts on something true. Structure is the boring part that makes the exciting part actually work.
What can AI actually automate in my operations?
The repetitive work that does not need a human brain but still eats hours. Drafting the follow-up email, pulling the key points out of a long thread, routing a new request to the right place, updating the record when something changes. The judgment stays with your team. The typing and chasing goes to the system.
Are you a monday.com consultant and partner?
Yes. Clearwork is a monday.com partner, and we also build on Make.com for automation. We are not a setup shop that installs the software and leaves. We design the system around how your business actually runs and build it to hold up.
Why monday.com, and how is it better than spreadsheets?
A spreadsheet is a static file that one person owns and everyone else copies. monday.com is one live system the whole team works in, where the data connects, automations run and AI can act on top. A spreadsheet holds your information. monday.com runs your operation.
Can you connect the tools we already use?
Yes. The apps you already run, from Shopify and QuickBooks to Gmail, Outlook and Aircall, feed straight into the system through monday.com and Make.com. No double entry, no chasing updates across a dozen tabs. Everything lands in one place and stays current.
Can't I just build a monday.com board myself?
You can, and plenty of people start there. Two things usually stop it. The first is time, because building it right takes real hours the owner running the business does not have, so the board gets half set up and abandoned. The second is depth, because we do this every day and know what the product can actually do, so we build it right the first time instead of learning by trial and error, and it holds up when the work gets messy. You could build it yourself. The real question is whether it is worth a month of your time to reach the point where we start.
What does working with you actually look like?
We start with a short call to understand where work is stalling. Then we get clear on how your business actually runs, the handoffs, the rules, the places things slip, and build that into your monday.com. We connect your tools, add automation and AI where it fits, and train your team. Most builds take about three weeks, and then it is yours.
Do I own the system afterward, and are there ongoing fees?
Yes, you own it, and no, there is no ongoing fee to keep it running. The whole system is built inside your own monday.com account and handed over documented. It is yours to run and yours to change. We are not renting you access to your own operation.
How long does a build take?
About three weeks to launch on average. Simple builds move faster and complex operations take longer, but three weeks is the honest middle. You are not signing up for a six-month project that never quite goes live.
How much does it cost?
Three levels. Foundation starts from $3,500 for one core workflow built right, the base your business grows on. Operating System starts from $7,000 for several connected workflows that run as one system, with 60 days of support. Custom Build is scoped to your operation when the work is more complex. We price on the build, not a monthly subscription you never escape.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We are based in New York and work with teams nationwide. The whole build runs over calls and screen shares, so where you are does not change how we work. Local or across the country, you get the same system.
How do we get started?
Start with a short call. We will talk through where work is stalling and whether a system, and AI, is the right fix. No pitch deck and no hard sell. You can book a call through the form on the site or reach us at [email protected].
